The Clearview classic, our iconic powerhouse chardonnay! Bright, light golden-yellow colour. Full-bodied, broad and rounded with lovely ripe, rich tropical fruit flavours, and sweet oak. The fruit is underlined by fresh acidity, lending brightness and energy. The flavours blossom gloriously in the mouth. Classic ‘Reserve’ style. Drink now for a fruit driven style or cellar until 2026.

The classic Clearview meal finisher, a fortified red wine style pioneered by Tim. A red dessert wine with a weighty palate oily with dense berry fruits and plum; followed by an unctuous rich but dry finish. Drink now for a fruitier style or cellar carefully for several years.

Deep magenta, Estate Vineyards Cabernets/Merlot ’17 overflows with fresh red berries, dark cherries, blueberry and ripe Hawke’s Bay plums. Savoury bay leaf, and fine toast and spice notes from the oak, give our 2017 release great presence, varietal personality and complexity on the palate. Appealing, approachable – and just a touch aristocratic – Estate Vineyards Cabernets/Merlot ’17 continues to over-deliver in flavour, intricacy and finesse. Estate Vineyards Merlot/Cabernets ’17 will continue to evolve in bottle for three to six years from harvest.

Deep, brilliant crimson with a cherry-red edge, Estate Vineyards Gamay Noir ’18 sparkles with lifted candy-apple, strawberry and star anise on the nose. Soft and luscious, the palate overflows with crushed red summer fruit, wild raspberry and cherry. Hints of rosewater and aniseed culminate in this wine’s sumptuous finish. Refreshing in its appeal, beguiling in its detail, Estate Vineyards Gamay Noir ’18 is New Zealand Gamay Noir par excellence – the result of an incredible vintage, this is the best we have made. Estate Vineyards Gamay Noir ’18 can be enjoyed immediately upon release and can be served at room temperature or, during summer, lightly chilled. It will continue to develop in bottle for two years from harvest.
